ROBIN TRAVELS TO THE GRAND CANYON AND SEDONA
Part of any artist's palette is the gathering of fresh ideas and inspirations. That's why Robin Rothrock traveling to the Grand Canyon and Sedona is a newsworthy event. Just as buying a set of chisels would inspire a stone carver, feasting her eyes on colors of a Western sunset will surely find its way into Robin’s art. Look for her new works based on this “tool” to be shown during the First Friday Celebration in June. (She will not be participating in the May event. Humberto Rebollo will present a solo exhibition at Highway Grrls Gallery and Studio at that time.) So make plans to come out on June 6 and experience the effect Robin’s travels have had on her art. (And don’t forget to wish her happy birthday! It’s a little later that month.)

My Mom’s New Boyfriend, a movie starring Meg Ryan, Antonio Banderas, and Colin Hanks, will be released this month. April 1 sees the movie in limited engagements across the US.
